Aftershock previews: checking proofs

I just got the proofs back from the printers yesterday and they look fantastic! Having spent the last three weeks tweaking the ebook versions for each format, I was getting pretty sick of staring at the book through a computer monitor, but seeing the print version almost brought a tear to my eye!
